Participants must submit the following material no later than June 1st, 2012:

A) Complete the student registration form with signed parental approval and contact information, including email if available.

B) OPTIONAL: Recommendation form

C) OPTIONAL: Creative component

Operation Safeguard has the capacity to serve 50 participants this year. The first 50 to apply will receive a spot. The optional recommendation form and creative component can serve as endorsements for leadership roles in the disaster exercise. Further, submissions are due no later than June 1st and should be sent to:
